Stephen Carr
Mr. Carr brings 10 years of development, commercialization, and agriculture industry experience to the company. Prior to working for TerraManus Technologies, Mr. Carr co-developed a reservoir tillage technology developed in the United Kingdom. His experiences include raising capital, business development, and public relations. Earlier in his career, Mr. Carr spent 14 yeas in the metals industry, including various plant management roles with Reynolds Aluminum Co. Mr. Carr works full-time for the company.
J. Gregg Whittaker
Gregg Whittaker is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration, Economics and Computer Studies at William Jewell College. Prior to joining the William Jewell faculty in 1999, Prof. Whittaker worked on Wall Street for ten years, the last five as a managing Director and the Global Head of Credit Derivatives for Chase Securities, Inc. (now J.P.Morgan Chase), where his team was rated by clients and peers as the top Credit Derivatives Group in the world for two years running.
Mr. Whittaker is also the majority owner and Managing Member of the Whittaker Group LLC, a business consulting organization specializing in capital raising, financial management, product development, branding and value creation for start-up companies. Its client list includes Primus Guaranty, Ltd. IntelliTrade, Inc., Ascend Insurance Co. and Adorn, Inc.
The Whittaker Group has been retained by the company to (1) assist with the development, marketing and sale and/or license of the TerraStar technology and/or the sale of the company, with primary responsibility for the marketing, sales and finance functions within the strategic plan; (2) assist in the development and implementation of a strategic plan to commercialize the TerraStar technology prior to the licensing and/or sale of the TerraStar technology and/or the sale of the company; and (3) assist in the effort to market the TerraStar technology to potential buyers and licensees as determined by the manages of the company.
Darrel Norton
Dr. Darell Norton is currently the Senior Soil Scientist at the USDA’s National Soil Erosion Research Laboratory on the campus of Purdue University in Indiana. Dr. Norton has previously served as Director of the NSERL. Known worldwide in the scientific community. Dr. Norton has authored hundreds of peer-reviewed papers and contributed to numerous book publications. Dr. Norton has been actively involved for over ten years in working with the founding members of TerraManus Technologies assisting in the development of its technologies.
Thomas Page
Tom Page is the Executive Vice President of Pony Express Bank in Liberty, Missouri. Tom joined the bank in 1997 after extensive bank experience, including serving as president of the family bank in South Dakota. Moreover, Tom oversees the Page family’s agricultural holdings.
Tony Hartlage
Tony Harlage is co-owner and plant manage for Hartlage Plastics Manufacturing in Bucknel, Kentucky. In addition, he is one of the initial investors in the company as a co-owner of JCT Development Inc. To date, Mr. Hartlage has been very involved in assisting the company in the selection of compounding materials for the TerraStar product as well as serving as liaison between the TerraManus Technologies and VH Manufacturing , which manufactures the TerraStar. Mr. Harlage has expertise in the management, production, and marketing of plastic products.
